ALURON SYSTEM – NEW PRODUCTS

We at ALURON, as a multi-system supplier, presented our modern solutions in each segment of the carpentry.

In PVC – ALU category we presented aluminium clad system such as: Veka Soft Line 82, Veka Slide, Kommerling 88 PLUS, Salamander bE82, Salamander bE92 and Salamander HST. WOOD – ALU was represented by well-known GEMINI, Nordic and Vella with its ever-growing list of designs, as well as new collection of GEMINI Door Panels. In the ALU category, we showed thermally uninsulated, internal aluminium systems (ACS 35, ACS 50), external systems with exceptional thermal insulation (AS 52, AS 75, AS 80US, AS 75P, AS 178HS) and Façade systems (AF 50 and AF 50S). AS 75P
Panel door system
The AS 75P system is a system of panel door constructions made with triple-chamber profiles, having excellent insulation and technical parameters. System is designed for prefabricated, thermally insulated doors with a panel mounted on the entire surface of the sash. It ideally matches smart homes, modern and classic buildings. Door panels in AS 75P system are intended for individual installation and window display. Solid built, durability of aluminium and plenty of design choices ensures long-term durability and aesthetics.

AS 80US

The AS 80US system was developed for single and multiple casement windows with the desirable aesthetic effect of a hidden sash in the external view of the building. All adjacent fixed and tilt & turn windows look alike. AS 80US is compatible with all ALURON aluminium systems.

AS 178HS
Lift & slide doors
AS 178HS system combines innovative solutions with modern design, creating next-gen, fully glazed HS doors. The system gives you the opportunity to create large, moving patio doors with low and warm threshold. Its structural mechanisms allows for safe and comfortable movmet of sash, both manually and automatically. Hardware from renowned suppliers allows even very heavy sash to be operated with ease.
The AS 178HS system works in buildings with large glazing, restaurants, winter gardens, where moving from inside of the room to the outside, ease of use, design and aesthetics plays an important role. A major advantage of this solution is that it does not occupy the surface of the and fits very well with any interior. The innovative design allows for the highest thermal insulation parameters.
With the AS 178HS it is possible to completely cover the frame in a layer of insulation, which highlights the decorative façade and enhance the unique characteristics of the building. It is possible to create the construction in all schemes available on the market (double or triple-rail design; fully glazed passive sash design, etc.)
