CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

  3. Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
  4. Provided personal data is processed for the purpose of:
    a) in the case of clients who are natural persons – take action before the conclusion of the Contract at the request of the data subject, or execution of the contract, pursuant to art.6 par.1 point b) of GDPR
    b) in the case of customer representatives – in order to carry out ongoing cooperation with the client, which he represents, pursuant to art.6 par.1 point f) of GDPR.
    c) fulfill legal obligations on the Administrator, including keeping accounting records, pursuant to art.6 par.1 point c) of GDPR.
    d) pursuing claims resulting from ongoing and concluded contracts, pursuant to art.6 par.1 point f) of GDPR.
    e) direct marketing of own products and services, pursuant to art.6 par.1 point f) of GDPR.
  5. 5. The given personal data, depending on the purpose of their processing, will be processed by the Administrator:
    a) for the duration of the contract,
    b) for the duration of exercising legal obligations and the time period when law orders their processing,
    c) for a period after which claims arising from the contract are time-barred,
    d) until the consent is withdrawn.
  6. Providing the personal data is voluntary, albeit necessary for initiating, signing of contract at the request of the data subject, or execution of the contract.
  7. Personal data may be made available for other entities, albeit only on the basis of relevant legal provisions.
  8. Provided personal data will not be transferred to any third party.
  9. The data subject has the right to access their data, rectify it, update it and the right to limit the processing of said data, and to the extent of relevant, legal provisions the right to remove the data, raise objections to the processing as well as the right to transfer their data.
  10. The data subject has the right to issue a complaint to the supervisory body when he / she considers that the processing of his / her personal data violates any legal provisions of GDPR.
  11. Personal data will not be processed in any automated form, including, but not limited to, data profiling.
