Participation in this year's Fensterbau trade fair presented ALURON as a significant manufacturer of aluminum systems. The presentation of new products in each category demonstrates understanding of customer needs and market trends.

  • PVC – ALU

During the fair, the well-known Gemini aluminum overlay systems for PVC-ALU windows were presented, such as: Veka Soft Line 82, Veka Slide, Kommerling 88 PLUS, Salamander bE82, bE92 and HST. A novelty at this edition of the fair were aluminum overlay systems for PVC-ALU windows:

  • Veka Soft Line 70 MD, Veka Soft Line 70 AD, Veka Soft Line 76
  • Kommerling 76 AD, Kommerling 76 MD
  • Gealan S 9000

Gemini systems are designed for PVC-ALU windows, are based on construction solutions provided by PVC system providers and consist of ideally matching aluminum overlays with accessories. They can be ordered as ready-made frames with welded or crimped corners. Welded aluminum linings are an innovative way of connecting the corners of aluminum frames, which gives the effect of a flat surface without visible corner joints after painting. Aluminum guarantees many years of strength, durability and functionality.

  • WOOD – ALU

Gemini is a collection of aluminum systems for facades, windows and wooden doors, which are characterized by a perfect combination of aesthetics, durability and functionality of aluminum

and wood. Multisystem solutions are developed in accordance with trends in architecture, emphasize the attractiveness and class of the building in space. Profiles can be ordered as ready-made frames with crimped or welded corners, creating an independent structural part of the wooden-aluminum window.

  • ALU

ALURON presented a wide range of internal non-thermally insulated aluminium systems (ACS 38, ACS 50) and external systems with good insulation parameters (AS 52, AS 75, AS 80US, AS 75P, AS 178HS) as well as AF 50 and AF 50S façade systems. The following systems were new in this category:

  • AF 50R - roof window
  • AF 50W – tilt and turn windows
  • AS AD – automatic door system
  • WOOD

The products from the WOOD segment, known for many years, such as aluminium window sills, drip caps, glazing beads in the Classic and Soft Line design, enjoyed great popularity and interest among visitors. The novelties presented during Fensterbau 2018 were:

  • thresholds – collection of thresholds for wooden doors – a total of 15 new solutions
