The recruitment process
1. Online application
In the first stage, we analyse the documents submitted by the candidates in terms of the competences and experience required for the position.
2. Telephone contact
If your qualifications match our needs, we will contact you by phone for an initial interview.
3. Face-to-face or online meeting
Selected candidates are invited to a meeting during which we want not only to learn more about their experience, but also their expectations of the employer and their motivation for the job.
4. Decision
Each person we meet will receive feedback, regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process. The successful candidate will be contacted to discuss the terms of employment and complete the formalities.
5. Employee onboarding
The final stage involves introducing the employee to the new role through a system of in-house training provided by the managers of the various departments, which helps to familiarise them with our organisation.
