Building B (Drobnica Warehouse) is one of three buildings comprising the City Port investment project, carried out in accordance with agreements with the municipal conservator of monuments on the site of the old river port in Wrocław. The Drobnica Warehouse has been entered in the register of monuments and has therefore retained its original composition.

The size, layout, and placement of the openings in the façade remained unchanged. The solutions used in the design allowed for an accurate reproduction of the original façade layout while distinguishing between the historical and modern parts. Steel windows were replaced with aluminum ones, maintaining the industrial style. Warehouse doors were replaced with glass panels.

The total length of the roof skylights is 47 m. The smoke extraction roof hatches are equipped with GEZE E1500 S Syncro actuators. The skylights and hatches are finished in RAL 7045. The double-leaf doors and windows are complemented by arched transoms and system-mounted muntin bars. The structures are finished in RAL 7001 MAT.
