This unique object can be seen at the bridge leading to Grodzka Island in Szczecin. The house, which allows fishing through the window, is not connected to electricity. It is self-sufficient thanks to a 10-kilowatt battery and photovoltaic panels. Registered as a ship without propulsion, the house is equipped with a garage for a boat.
