The project is perfectly in line with architectural trends combining tradition and modernity. Windows on the upper residential floors were made of PVC. The investors chose aluminium for the complex and visually-intensive structures on the ground floor. At Aluron, bespoke arches were selected for the existing building to maintain its industrial and unique character.
