Its architecture is defined by a raw, modernist form that integrates seamlessly into the industrial landscape of Łódź. The design emphasizes functionality and efficient space utilization. The ground floor houses a customer service office, while the upper floors contain office spaces and archives. An underground car park is located on the basement level.
