Aluron Sp. z o. o. is the only system provider on the Polish market that independently produces TPE seals and all plastic elements necessary for the production of complete aluminum systems.

Control of the entire manufacturing process translates into the highest quality of the products offered. On-time delivery proved particularly important last year during a period of supply chain disruption. Only Aluron was then able to fulfill orders in seven days.

Extension of the warranty period

The experience and know-how gained by the company over the years of producing TPE seals for the wood-aluminum joinery segment have been translated by Aluron experts into aluminum structures. This, combined with tests carried out on finished structures after several years of use, confirmed the management's belief that thermoplastic elastomer seals are the future of aluminum joinery. For this reason, the presidents of Aluron decided to extend the warranty for TPE seals from three to a record twelve years. This is currently the longest warranty period offered by any system provider on the Polish market for this product.

Excellent technical parameters of TPE seals

TPE seals also have much better technical properties than their rubber counterpart. The heat transfer coefficient of the thermoplastic elastomer is 0.14 W/m2K, analogicznie w uszczelkach EPDM równy jest 0,25 W/m2K. TPE seals are on average 30% lighter than EPDM seals. They also have more than twice the elongation at break parameter (700% to 300%, respectively).

The production of TPE seals by Aluron provides the company's business partners with a number of additional benefits. Contracting companies can order a welded central gasket, which will be delivered as a ready-to-install "frame". This translates into increased aesthetics of the corner and improved tightness of the entire structure. If the project requires an individual approach, Aluron also produces thin-walled seals with complex shapes. Upon special customer request, the seals can be colored in various colors. Aluron, unlike most system providers, sells its seals both in rolls and in shorter sections.
