ASH 80 HYBRID

The system was developed in response to market expectations, which more and more often seek products with an aluminium appearance, but with better insulation parameters and lower production costs. ASH 80 HYBRID is a completely new window technology combining external aluminium profiles and a plastic core. The synergy of the two materials ensures: modern design and durability typical of aluminium structures, high thermal and acoustic insulation, lower weight, greater ease of processing, and a competitive price.

The use of a plastic core and a sophisticated design ensure energy efficiency at the level of passive windows (Uw from 0,73 W/m2K).

The external aluminium profiles of the system are integrated with an internal black plastic core. An advanced isomerisation process combines aluminium semi-shells with a core with high insulating properties, guaranteeing the quality, durability, and statics of the finished profiles. The use of aluminium profiles ensured the required rigidity and statics, making it possible to remove steel reinforcements from the interior of the structure. The ASH 80 HYBRID system has been adapted to work with fittings typical for plastic joinery, and thanks to the PVC fitting rebate, automatic fitting is possible. The entire manufacturing process is further accelerated by aluminium profiles supplied by Aluron with factory-installed seals and the replacement of corner crimping with corner welding.

The finishing strip used in the system visually imitates the classic square clip characteristic of aluminium, cut at a 90° angle.

Perfect connection of window and door corners at a 45° angle using welding with standard technology known in PVC manufacturing.

Three-composite seals providing exceptional protection against wind, rain, and noise. Option of selecting between a two- or three-seal variant.
