Quality, technology, energy efficiency and ecology are the production motto of the Management Board of the Zawiercie-based ALURON company, which is a manufacturer of aluminum systems for all joinery segments: PVC-ALU, WOOD-ALU, ALU and wood. Currently, it has launched another – vertical – painting line for painting aluminum profiles with full infrastructure.

Due to this investment, ALURON will be able to provide world-class services to a much larger group of clients.

The decision to expand the plant and build a modern paint shop was dictated by the need for further development of the company and the great interest in multi-system solutions and services. Last year, we reached the point of practically 100% utilization of production capacity. That is why we are glad that the new painting line has already been launched," says Kryspin Baran, President of the Management Board of ALURON. VERTICAL painting – a jump into another dimension

An investment in the implementation of modern vertical painting technology with full infrastructure is a leap into a completely different dimension of production possibilities for the ALURON Company. The capacity of the new vertical line is several times higher than the capacity of the existing horizontal line. Installing 2 painting booths will eliminate downtime related to color changes on the line. While painting is taking place on 1 cabin, the other one is being cleaned and prepared for painting with a different color. Automatic management of all technological processes during painting ensures a smooth and correct process that guarantees: repeatability of painting parameters, achievement of production and quality goals and high efficiency.

Preparations based on Oxsilanes were used for the chemical surface preparation process. This technology provides even greater anti-corrosion protection, confirmed by salt chamber tests and filiform corrosion resistance tests. An additional advantage of this technology is a significant reduction in the amount of technological wastewater, which affects the protection of the environment in which we live and which we, as a responsible company, take effective care of. The powder applications used by Gema and innovative solutions for painting booths guarantee painting at the highest quality level. – confirms Cezary Dzieciniak, Investment Director.

HORIZONTAL painting

A modern horizontal powder coating shop has been operating in the ALURON production plant since 2012. The horizontal painting shop will now focus on painting welded frames for which ALURON is famous, accessories and non-standard orders, while maintaining the highest standard of painting quality.
