Fensterbau Frontale 2026 will be an opportunity for Aluron to showcase the direction of development of modern joinery, in which aluminum and hybrid systems do not function separately, but form a coherent product range. The fair will take place on March 24-27, 2026, but Aluron is already inviting visitors to Hall 7, Stand 513.
It is there that the system provider's latest solutions will be presented, with an emphasis on hybrid systems and new products in the sliding door segment. In addition, the company encourages visitors to participate in demonstrations of the ASH 80 Hybrid welding system. These will take place at stand 315 in hall 3, GRAF Synergy/Fimtec Polska.
Aluron focuses on solutions that combine modern aesthetics with a practical approach to production and design. The ASH 80 HYBRID system plays a special role here. The market describes it as a breakthrough window and door system because it meets the expectations of investors and manufacturers looking for products with an aluminum look, but with even better insulation and more advantageous manufacturing technology. The construction is based on external aluminum profiles and a plastic core. This design is intended to ensure durability, high performance, and visual consistency with other Aluron aluminum systems.
Aluron – Hall 7, Booth 513
At the Aluron stand 7-513, visitors will see the ASH 80 HYBRID in three variants: a standard balcony window – ClassicView, a double-sided flush balcony window – FullView, and a modern door with an insert panel. This system is to be the highlight of the exhibition. It combines an aluminum look with technology that simplifies prefabrication and shortens production time. Visually, the solution does not differ from modern aluminum systems. It allows for aesthetic consistency throughout the entire project and fits in with current architectural trends based on simple forms and large glazing.
The Aluron exhibition will be complemented by spectacular sliding solutions. The system provider announces the presentation of narrow-profile ILUSIA sliding doors in a perimeter gap variant, equipped with a 20 mm wide center post. No other system provider has offered such a solution on the market to date. The fair will also feature the AS 86 SLIDE lift and slide doors, designed for markets with a mild, warm climate. The third sliding system presented at the stand will be AS 178HS MODERN in a gap variant with a narrow ULTRA mullion.
Our aluminum and hybrid systems have been designed to be fully compatible and complementary. This means that all the solutions we are implementing this year as part of our aluminum systems can be combined with the hybrid window and door system. This means that customers do not have to choose between hybrid and aluminum. They can freely combine different materials within a given project. All Aluron systems have the same shape and width. We use identical system connections, ensure consistent color and surface structure, and, importantly, the same delivery time.
ASH 80 Hybrid welding demonstrations at the GRAF Synergy/Fimtec Polska stand 3-315
The second pillar of Aluron's presence at Fensterbau Frontale 2026 will be demonstrations of the ASH 80 HYBRID welding system. They will take place in Hall 3 at stand no. 315, where the system provider's partners – GRAF Synergy/Fimtec Polska. The presentations will take place every hour on the hour throughout the duration of the fair. This is an important element of the brand's overall presence in Nuremberg, as it will allow visitors to see not only the product itself, but also the actual prefabrication process. This is particularly important in the case of the hybrid system, which has been designed to use standard PVC production technology while retaining the visual characteristics typical of aluminum.
One of the most anticipated presentations at our stand will be a demonstration of the 8-head SL4 FF EVO 8 T welding robot operating with V-PERFECT technology. Taking advantage of this fact, throughout the event, the machine will be used to demonstrate the welding of ALURON's latest product, the ASH 80 HYBRID hybrid window and door system. From the very beginning, Fimtec has been involved in testing the method of joining hybrid profiles, and thanks to its vast experience in the PVC industry and more than a decade of introducing groundbreaking non-drip welding technology, we can work with ALURON to provide a solution for joining hybrid profiles as a comprehensive solution for the production of window and door joinery, which can be carried out fully automatically. The joining process itself is performed on a single device, without the need for prior preparation of cut profiles on additional devices or the involvement of additional employees.
