We would like to inform you about Aluron's operating principles and work organization during the Christmas and technical break.

At the turn of the year, our company continues to provide the highest standard of service and a flexible approach to your needs. We offer the fastest delivery times for standard orders and the longest order acceptance period on the market with delivery before Christmas. Below are the key dates and rules for order fulfillment in the period leading up to Christmas:

  • December 8, 2025 – Last day to place orders for custom colors with guaranteed delivery before the holidays.
  • December 15, 2025 – Last day to place orders for standard colors with guaranteed delivery before the holidays.
  • December 22–23, 2025 – departure of the last vehicles with pre-Christmas deliveries (according to the route schedule).

Orders for anodes, decorations, arc bending, prefabrication, and painting services will be fulfilled in accordance with individual arrangements made with Aluron's customer service department. Orders placed after the above-mentioned dates will be fulfilled in the standard mode, but without a guarantee of delivery before the end of the year. We recommend planning your material needs as early as possible to ensure the continuity of your investments. After the end of Aluron's operational break:

  • On January 7, 2026, the first cars with orders placed before Christmas and during the break will depart (according to the loading schedule and distribution routes).

Our customer service office will remain at your disposal during the holiday break. Delivery terms and production capacity between Christmas and New Year's Day will be determined on an individual basis.
