The headquarters and production facility of Aluron, a manufacturer of aluminium systems, is being extended in Zawiercie. The tasks of the general contractor, WPIP Construction, include the construction of a production hall and a staff and office building.
The expansion relates to the complex located in Zawiercie, which is the headquarters of Aluron and consists of a production and office area. According to the contract concluded with the general contractor, WPIP Construction, it will soon increase its area by 20,500 square metres. As Aluron is a company committed to its sustainability goals, it also commissioned the general contractor to build two grey water tanks. This will be reused, among other things, for flushing toilets and as part of the plant's technological processes.
The scale of the investment we are making proves that Aluron, a leader in its sector, is invariably doing well on the market, developing steadily. -It is important that, at the same time, it does not forget about activities aimed at reducing the negative impact on the environment, an example of which is the planned recycling of grey water. We are delighted to be working with such a responsible and trusted partner.
The expansion of Aluron's headquarters and production plant is a natural consequence of the systematic implementation of our development strategy. The newly created infrastructure will allow us to increase the scale of our operations and create even more comfortable working conditions for our employees. As holders of environmental certificates: ISO 14001, EPD Type III and Ecokart, we are delighted that a number of environmentally friendly solutions have been incorporated into the project.
The project is scheduled for completion in September this year.
