Modern window joinery requires solutions that not only keep up with market needs, but actually exceed them.

In addition to the large dimensions provided by aluminum's rigidity, manufacturers and investors also expect high thermal insulation and, above all, lower production costs. ASH 80 HYBRID is the technological response to these challenges. It is a next-generation hybrid system that redefines standards in window and door production.

Construction of the ASH80HYBRID system - a revolution from the inside

ASH 80 HYBRID system is an innovative approach to window and door profile construction. Unlike traditional PVC solutions (which require steel reinforcements) and aluminum structures (with corners and additional mounting components), this system is based on a hybrid construction. It consists of external aluminum profiles connected to an internal plastic core.

Aluron's patented technology of joining aluminum half-shells with a plastic core using an isoming process is crucial. This solution improves the rigidity and statics of the entire system. It also eliminates steel reinforcements and traditional mechanical corners. The corners of the ASH 80 HYBRID system are heat-welded at a 45o angle using standard technology used in PVC window production. Invisible welds ensure perfect corner aesthetics, greater design repeatability, reduced component wear, and increased production plant efficiency.

The elimination of steel reinforcements significantly reduces the weight of the finished structure and reduces the number of components. For manufacturers, this translates into faster production and simplified logistics. The ASH 80 HYBRID system is designed for the typical PVC joinery groove, making it fully compatible with popular perimeter hardware and concealed hinges.

It's also worth noting the possibility of implementing the structure in two aesthetic variants: the first – a classic one, and the second – a fully flush one, which perfectly replicates the appearance of modern aluminum windows. From the outside, the ASH 80 HYBRID is visually indistinguishable from typical aluminum systems, ensuring architectural coherence throughout the entire investment.

The plastic "heart" of the system

The system's highly insulating plastic core imitates the thermal break found in aluminum windows. Its glossy black shade perfectly complements contemporary architectural trends. Furthermore, the core's massive walls allow for the use of dowel-type mounting systems.

For years, Aluron has placed great importance on the concept of sustainable production, including through efficient resource management. Therefore, 60% to 80% of recycled material is used in core production. Furthermore, the system ensures full material recovery of the finished product. This represents real added value in the context of increasing EU requirements regarding energy efficiency and carbon footprints.

Automation, efficiency and savings in production

One of the key design goals of the ASH 80 HYBRID system was to simplify the assembly and production processes. This, in turn, translated into a lower price for the final product while maintaining excellent technical parameters and the highest quality. Lighter structures (no corners or steel reinforcements) are easier to transport and install, requiring fewer installers.

From a fabrication perspective, Aluron's profiles, supplied with pre-installed seals, offer significant time savings. Manual assembly is eliminated, resulting in higher repeatability and a lower risk of errors.

Manufacturers also appreciate that the ASH 80 HYBRID is compatible with typical PVC perimeter fittings. This means existing machinery can be used without the need to invest in specialized aluminum production equipment. Furthermore, the use of a PVC fitting notch allows for the automation of the fitting process, increasing plant efficiency and reducing human error.

Automation, combined with insulated profiles and a simplified design, shortens the entire production process by at least 50%. Component savings and the elimination of the need to stock accessories such as corners reduce costs and lead times. This gives manufacturers flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing market needs without incurring additional capital expenditures.

ASH 80 HYBRID is a system that allows for modern design, economical production and environmentally responsible action.
