All RAL colours are available with matt, textured or metallic finishes. In addition, we offer wood-grain decors (produced by sublimation) and anodised surfaces.

On the outside, an elegant aluminium profile gives the window a modern appearance and ensures high resistance to weathering. On the inside, a polymer core provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

In simple terms, ASH 80 HYBRID combines the best of two technologies. Aluminium delivers durability and aesthetics, while the polymer ensures thermal comfort, airtightness and ease of use. The system achieves thermal insulation comparable to passive constructions — the Uw value can be as low as 0.73 W/(m²·K)*. Such high energy performance significantly reduces heating costs in winter and air conditioning costs in summer.

In addition to energy efficiency, the system also provides excellent sound insulation. This is particularly important for projects located in city centres and along busy roads. As standard, the system features innovative three-component gaskets that effectively protect the interior against wind, rain and noise. You can choose between two- or three-seal configurations.

Investors expect durable, maintenance-free solutions — and that is exactly what ASH 80 HYBRID offers. All aluminium components are finished with a high-quality powder coating compliant with the QUALICOAT certificate, and in the extended option also QUALICOAT SEASIDE. This ensures resistance to UV radiation, corrosion and mechanical damage, even in demanding coastal environments.

The system also features excellent watertightness, up to 1950 Pa, thanks to the precise bonding of gaskets to the sash and frame profiles even before the sections leave the Aluron factory. Rainwater is drained from the front and from the bottom. The drainage openings are concealed with designer aluminium caps, just like in Aluron’s standard aluminium systems.
