Aluron's ATF 50 facade system has been launched, which will provide all builders with a new dimension of warmth.
Thanks to advanced technology and innovative solutions, the ATF 50 facade system meets the highest thermal and aesthetic requirements. It is the perfect choice for modern developments that do not allow architectural compromises.
New dimension of warmth
The ATF 50 facade system is distinguished by its excellent cross-sectional thermal insulation value from 0.5 W/m²K. This is a significant improvement over previous solutions. This makes ATF 50 an ideal choice for buildings where energy efficiency is a priority. The ATF 50 system was made in a similar way to its precursor - the AF 50 facade - using a single-profile mullion-to-mullion technology that reduces manufacturing waste to a minimum. Structurally, however, the solutions differ significantly. In the ATF 50, the infill fixing cup has been moved back to the inside of the profile. This resulted in a complete flattening of the isotherms and the excellent thermal insulation performance mentioned above. It is thanks to this measure that a 20% improvement in the Ucw value was achieved compared to that achieved by the AF 50 facade.

Comprehensiveness and aesthetics
Architects can count on complete design freedom with the ATF 50 system. The ability to create virtually any shape and fold of the vertical curtain wall, the use of standard block gaskets, as well as a wide range of decorative clips and the possibility of flush-fitting profiles on the inside make the ATF 50 system extremely flexible and aesthetically pleasing. In addition, an innovative sheathing seal is used in the roof constructions, further expanding the design possibilities.
Easy assembly and safety
Aluron has also taken care of the convenience of manufacturers and assemblers. The ATF 50 system allows the structure to be fully prefabricated under workshop conditions, which makes assembly work much easier and faster. Under construction conditions, the contractor only needs to cut the seals to size. The design allows easy installation of infill panels up to 64 mm thick. What is more, the ATF 50 system, like other Aluron facades (AF 50, AF 50S, AF 50EIhas undergone rigorous anti-burglary tests at the TL Property Security Laboratory of the Łukasiewicz Research Network of the Warsaw Institute of Technology. Achievement of burglar RC2 and RC3 resistance classes confirms its high resistance to burglary.
Aluron's ATF 50 facade system is a milestone in facade technology. It combines excellent thermal insulation, design versatility and ease of installation. This makes it an indispensable solution for modern and demanding investments.
