Aluron, known for its innovative solutions in the field of aluminium systems, is the first system provider to launch the groundbreaking anthracite seals. This is a long-awaited innovation that allows for a perfect aesthetic match to modern architectural trends.
For many years, aluminium was associated primarily with large industrial buildings and volume construction, where technical parameters such as statics and thermal insulation were mainly important. With the development of family construction, including smaller houses and residences, the requirements of builders changed. In addition to technical parameters, they began to value aesthetics more and more. Aluron, observing these changes, decided to adapt its offer to the growing expectations of the private market by introducing anthracite seals.
A unique solution for demanding customers
A novelty in Aluron's offer are complex central, acoustic and glazing (assembly) gaskets in anthracite colour, which is a unique proposition in the aluminium systems market. They are produced in-house by Aluron from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), so they are fully recyclable. Until now, all seals in aluminium structures have only been available in black. Meanwhile, private investors are increasingly ordering structures in the fashionable shades of grey and anthracite. In response to these needs, Aluron was the first to introduce anthracite seals to its systems: window and door AS 75 and lift and slide AS 178HS PRO SLIM. In addition, anthracite ABS mouldings and injected masking elements will also be available for HST systems.
Thanks to these innovations, individual customers will gain an amazing aesthetic, in which all elements of the joinery will be consistent in colour. What is more, Aluron provides a 12-year guarantee on all the gaskets in its range, which further emphasises their high quality and durability.
Aluron at the forefront of innovation
The introduction of anthracite gaskets is another milestone for the aluminium industry, and Aluron has already announced further expansion of the colour palette of its products. In this way, the company is not only satisfying the growing aesthetic requirements of investors, but is also setting new standards in the industry.
Anthracite-coloured gaskets will be available from July as part of the AluronCad programme update. Importantly, changing the colour of the gaskets to anthracite will not result in additional costs. Their price will remain the same as for the black gaskets. There are also 5 additional anthracite colours in the gloss level fine texture (7016FS; 9005FS; 7021FS; 7024FS; 7035FS) available in the standard price since the last update.
With these innovations, Aluron enables window and door manufacturers to differentiate their offering. It helps to attract new customers looking not only for high quality but also for exceptional aesthetics. The company from Zawiercie proves once again that it is the innovation leader in the aluminium sector, adapting its products to changing trends and market needs.
