The AS 75V solution for the construction of opaque inward-opening ventilation sashes has appeared in the Zawiercie-based system manufacturer's offer and AluronCad programme. Aluron's new proposal can be combined with showcases and facade systems. AF 50, AF 50S and AF 50KW QUANTUM.

Ventilation sash AS 75V is an alternative to the standard windows found in façade designs. It can be an independent ventilation solution providing free air circulation or used together with other building cooling technologies. Its aesthetic qualities as an attractive architectural detail should not be forgotten either. The sash can be made in the same colour as the rest of the joinery or in a different finish to achieve a unique visual effect that distinguishes the whole project.

System design possibilities

The basis for the design of Aluron's ventilation sash was the company's popular window system - AS 75. The use of common components such as the frame, fasteners and seals ensures optimisation of the materials used. The solution allows structures up to a height of 3,000 mm to be designed. Investors can choose between two sash widths of 180 and 220 mm. The elegant finishing touch to the sashes is provided by the proprietary sash caps dedicated to the system and concealed hardware from Sobinco or Roto.  

In order to ensure effective water drainage from the structure, a drainage hole was made in the lower part of the profile. What is more, the hole made for this purpose is completely invisible thanks to the use of a system aluminium drainage cap manufactured by Aluron. 

In addition, in order to facilitate the prefabrication process, Aluron offers manufacturers the service of milling ventilation sashes in Zawiercie. This translates significantly into time savings on the part of the construction contractors.

Technical parameters of AS 75V ventilation sash

The AS 75V ventilation sash presents very good technical parameters confirmed by specialist tests carried out at the Building Research Institute in Warsaw:

  • thermal insulation - Uw from 0.9 W/m2K,
  • wind load resistance - class C5/B5,
  • air permeability - class 4,
  • waterproof - E1500.
