Aluron, as one of the few producers of aluminum systems from Poland, presented its solutions during the BAU 2023 fair, organized after a four-year break. During this largest industry event, the international premiere of two top products from the Zawiercie system provider took place. The presented solutions included the AF 50KW QUANTUM zero-energy façade and the AS 75EI fire-resistant door system.

Attendance at the fair exceeded the organizers' wildest expectations, reaching approximately 190,000 visitors and easily beating the result from 2019. 2,260 exhibitors from 49 countries presented themselves in 18 exhibition halls. Aluron's stand enjoyed great interest from both Polish companies and foreign customers. Visitors admired the innovative technologies used in the presented products. This year's premieres of the company perfectly fit the theme of the BAU 2023 fair, focusing on ecology and sustainable construction.

First zero-energy facade

During the fair, Aluron presented a zero-energy facade equipped with 6 different types of BIPV photovoltaic fillings from the international concern AGC Glass Europe: Vision Square, SOLAXESS Beige barbados, SOLAXESS Dark gray, Lacobel T Active White and Full Black in matte and glossy versions.

A facade structure specially made for the fair allowed visitors to demonstrate the most important advantages of this solution. These include, among others: possibility of replacing photovoltaic modules from the inside of the facade without any loss in airtightness parameters. Additionally, Aluron employees demonstrated how to easily access the entire cabling - just by removing the caps. Transporting the installation cabling to the internal, dry part of the structure was a deliberate move by the designers who wanted to protect the system against moisture.

Original fire protection inserts

The second Aluron product debuting outside our country was the extremely innovative AS 75EI fire-resistant door. They allow the construction of partitions with fire resistance of EI 30 and EI 60. The show doors are equipped with Contraflam 30 Climalit glass from Vetrotech SaintGobain. The AS 75EI system is distinguished by two unique features on a global scale:

proprietary dual-function intumescent seals attached to thermal breaks, eliminating the problem of their detachment. In the event of a fire, the seals completely fill the working space and do not blow out.

Perliterm fire retardant inserts, whose shape is adapted to the chambers of aluminum profiles. These are the first inserts of this type made of perlite - a natural and exceptionally durable rock of volcanic origin - placed in a plastic cover. The core of the insert eliminates the problem of dusting and ensures clean processing and storage. Aluron's patented solution is lighter than the usually used gypsum and also has very good thermal insulation properties.

A leader in the aluminum overlays industry

In addition to aluminum solutions, Aluron presented its wide range of Gemini overlay systems intended for structures made of PVC and wood during the BAU 2023 fair. This type of solutions are particularly popular in the DACH countries.

Gemini overlays increase the durability of window and door structures and protect them against the adverse effects of weather conditions. In the field of overlay systems, the company remains the undisputed leader in Poland. Moreover, it is the only Polish manufacturer that can call itself a multi-system provider because it provides solutions for all segments of the joinery market: aluminum, wood, PVC.
